GLOBAL STRATEGIC HYPOTHESES.

Dear Reader,

We hypothesize that, among same-market(s) ‘Stewardship Equity’ Cooperatives there might be evoked a kind of ‘commercial athleticism’, and a “team spirit”, hopefully largely in the context of ‘“good sportsmanship”’, in their collective owners – an ‘‘‘athleticism’’’ more real, and more engaging, than today’s “opium of the people”: “spectator sports”/“professional athletics”, which involves the alienation of any real athletic participation on the part of sports enthusiasts, who are reduced to mere spectatorship, often in unhealthy forms.

Moreover, we hypothesize that Stewardship Cooperatives will be inherently, by their very nature, far less susceptible to the “imperatives” of capitalist “cutthroat competition” – which aims, deliberately, to the bankrupt competing firms/-acquire their assets and their market-shares – than are contemporary capitalist firms, in actually-competitive, non-oligopolistic markets, even if their enterprise managers and/or majority owners/founders do not share in that insatiability.

We think that enterprises with public, or even private, absentee stockholders – who constitute, in effect, an insatiable demand for enterprise expansion, and, especially for the ever-expansion of profits – tend to demand “beggar thy neighbor” strategies, based on a kind of profit motive that does not exist for worker-owned producers’ cooperatives.

The majorities of the internal owner-electorates of – the “associated producers” of – a ‘Citizens’ Stewardship Equity’ Co-op, we expect, will more likely be market-niche seekers, happy with a sustainable market-segment, although open to adaptation, e.g., to diversification, if that niche appears later to be becoming unviable.

But we see such Co-ops as being unlikely, in general, to seek the expansion of their work-time, and of their life-stress, that would be forced upon them by an agenda of “conquest”, of bankrupting their Stewardship Co-op competitors.

As well, there might likely be, in some degree, feelings of solidarity and sympathy for other such Co-ops – even for competing Co-ops.

But the Citizen Stewards of such Co-ops might not feel so charitably toward their remaining capitalist competitors, so that some regulation might be needed, not to even mention the “vice-versa” to that probable antipathy.

To disincent capitalist enterprises from engaging in, community-damaging, “cutthroat competition”, e.g., “dumping”, against one another, as well as against Stewardship Co-ops, legislation regarding competitive practices – legal and illegal – might be the best means.

To disincent Stewardship Cooperatives from engaging in “cutthroat competition” against remaining capitalist firms, as well as against one another, much of this regulatory need might be fulfilled by means of covenantings regarding competitive practices, by the Co-ops’ sponsoring Social Banks, making the Social-Rents-compensated provision of means of production to the Co-ops by the Social Banks contingent upon the non-practice of certain, community-damaging forms of competition.

GLOBAL STRATEGIC HYPOTHESES.

Dear Reader,

The majority of the governing internal electorates of ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity’ socialized producer cooperatives are likely, we hold, to have a very different approach to industrial technology innovation than do capitalist enterprises’ managers.

Those electorates, we expect, will be interested, not just in the “labor-costs-saving” technologies pursued by capitalist firms, but in innovations likely to deliver also ‘labor-time-savings’ to themselves, i.e., to reduce the daily working time contributions needed from each Citizen-Steward for their enterprise to succeed and to persist in competition with other Stewardship Co-ops in their field, as well as with remaining capitalist enterprises competing with them in that market.

Such innovations can potentially increase their free time, their rate of compensation for time-worked in their Co-op, and the net operating surplus of their Co-op, the second income stream that they periodically share proportionately among themselves.

Those internal Stewardship electorates are not likely, we hold, to be interested in means-of-production innovations that put themselves at high risk for severe injury – in contrast to the innovations fielded, and foisted upon their workers, by many capitalist firms.

As well, under the watchful eyes of their, internalized, local-citizens-elected ‘Citizen Externality Equity’ Public Boards of Directors, these Co-op electorates will be unlikely to adopt means-of-production innovations that increase and/or otherwise worsen their production of publics-damaging externalities, such as toxic pollution.

The shape of industrial technologies will change, as the producers decide on the design of their own means of production, objectifying their own subjectivities, and their new social relation of production, in the bodily form and content of their plants and equipments.

'Equitist-Socialism' Means a Vast Expansion of Life-Opportunities for the MAJORITY CLASS. GLOBAL STRATEGIC HYPOTHESES.

Equitist-Socialism

Means a

Vast Expansion

of

Life-Opportunities

for the

MAJORITY

CLASS.

GLOBAL STRATEGIC HYPOTHESES.

Dear Reader,

‘Equitist-Socialism means a vast expansion in life-opportunities for the social individuals of the majority class – of the wagéd and salaried producing class.

No longer will the social individuals of the majority class be regarded, by all too typical capitalists, and by their governments, as mere ‘capital-fodder’ or ‘profits-fodder’.

Already, with the Roosevelt faction’s reforms of the 1930s, steps were taken toward making real the U.S. Constitution’s claims, in its preamble, to “promote for the general Welfare…”.

Today’s – albeit ironic – inheritors of that Roosevelt faction, the, anti-‘Rocke-Nazi’, “Republican”, Trump faction, regularly sound like a “labor party”, in their championing of the American working class, in their promotion of their increased jobs-access, rising wages, and rising standard of living.

However, in the Equitist model of socialist society, the Equitist organization of society primarily for the benefit of the majority class  fast becoming the universal class  means, especially, the access of the social individuals of that class to non-capital equities of three new kinds.

It means access of every citizen born into that society, to ‘Citizen Birthright Equity’ – the right to have the birth of each new Citizen celebrated, from birth, including by an investment of social wealth in that child, in the form of an inalienable individual trust-fund, a personal social safety net that they carry with them, wherever they are employed, or if they become unemployed; a social inheritance bequeathed to every new Citizen born.

It means the access of every Citizen to ‘Citizen Externality Equity’, electorally-empowering each Citizen to protect and defend self, family and community against deadly pollution and other externalities, whether produced by capitalist firms or by Citizen Stewardship Equity producers-Cooperatives.

It means access of every willing, qualifying Citizen to ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity’ – to the right to surmount the prostitution of the wages and salaries social relation of [social-re-]production by forming qualifying worker-owned enterprises, ceded stewardship [not ownership] of social-property means of production as a matter of public policy, to encourage a daily work life of democracy at work, instead of today’s typical tyranny at work, in return for a monthly social rent payment, paid back to the public for supplying those publicly-owned means of production to that socialized producers’ cooperative, which is a collectively-entrepreneurial, collectively self-employing enterprise, checked-and-balanced by competition with other cooperatives, and with capitalist enterprises, in its market(s)-field(s), and sharing, among its producers, two income streams  market-based compensation for both skill-levels and for time worked, plus a proportionate share in the net operating surplus of that cooperative enterprise, no longer spirited away as profits, e.g., to absentee capital equity stock owners.

These new properties – these new ‘‘‘equities’’’ – are not capital equities, EXclusive equities, but universal, all-Citizens-INclusive, trans-capitalist equities, that transcend the capital-relation as sole social relation of social reproduction, forming, instead, a new, equitable, Equitist social relation of social reproduction, as the new juridical and social-relations foundation of global human society.

Again, these new equities are not exclusive forms of property.  They are all-citizens-inclusive equities, that are all-inclusive because they are, newly-recognized, newly-legalized, newly-constitutionalized, fundamental, universal human rights, as well as new, universal property rights, belonging to every Citizen.

The institution of these new ‘social equities’, per the ‘Equitist Constitution’ as the new “law of the land”, instituted by the electoral, rule-of-law-based movement of the vast majority of the electorate – of the majority class – as new property-rights and new human rights, and the enhanced health-levels and income-levels for the individuals of the majority class that they impend, we expect will open vast new life-opportunities for the otherwise – under the capitalist system – deeply and systematically deprived and immiserated majority of humanity.

But, first, we will have to get the, humanocidal, Rocke-Nazis off of our backs.
