Here’s an excerpt from Seldon on capitalism’s knell --

“...Once the global working class wakes up to itself as such, and a large part of that working class’s individuals come to self-identify with that global working class, and realize that there is a global, ‘descendence-phase’ non-working-class ruling-class, actively pursuing the demise of the global working class, then the knell of the global capitalist system will have sounded.”

“This, however, does not mean that either the ideology, or the real foundation, of nationalisms will have disappeared, or that the new global society will “abolish” national sovereignty, or cultural and democratic-administrative nationality.”

“But most of the resulting post-revolutionary ‘political-economic democratic’ national republics will, most likely, federate at the global level, forming what we call a ‘political-economic democratic planetary polis’.”
