Late capitalism, globally, is – quite “lawfully”/expectably – an ‘externalities-production-intensive’ world.

 

Hence the centrality of the human right, collective property right, and new ‘social relation of social reproduction’ that we name ‘Citizens Externality Equity’ to capitalism’s higher successor system – ‘Political-ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY’.
