GLOBAL STRATEGIC HYPOTHESES.

Dear Reader,

From a Marxian perspective, what the newly-ascendant Trump Faction of the U.S. capitalist ruling class is up to, looks like an attempt to re-run the circa 1800 to circa 1900 ‘ascendence phase’ of the capitalist system, the “One Hundred Years’ Peace”, by fostering a re-industrialization – a second industrial revolution in the U.S.A.

Such a ‘re-industrial revolution’ would, the Trump Faction hopes, we infer, accelerate the production of both capital-wealth and real wealth, resurrect, on steroids, the “Hundred Years’ Peace rising capitalist social prosperity, and raise the wages and the standard of living of the U.S. Majority Class, and keep that class electing Trump Faction leaders to lead State and Federal governments, and also have at least some ascendence-phase-like spin-offs to the rest of the world – enough at least to avert a Third World War.

¿But to what extent is such an achievement feasible?

¿How could the Trump Faction avert the consequences of the Marxian “Law of the Tendency of the Rate of Profit to Fall”, driven by accelerating pre-amortization ‘‘‘techno-depreciation’’’ of core industrial fixed capital plant and equipment assets?

Such ‘techno-obsolescence’ – competitive obsolescence devaluation – of such fixed capital assets forces the write-off of the lost value of those, thus “morally depreciated” [Marx] capital assets, e.g., due to their pre-amortization scrapping; lost value that must be subtracted from periodic profits, in the context of self-accelerating technological advances, advances paradoxically motivated by the capitalists’ pursuit of ever higher rates of profit via rising rates of relative surplus-value.

¿How can the Trump Faction avert what drove the capitalist ruling class to impose the ‘descendence-phase’ of capitalism – that we still inhabit in ever-worsening fashion today: the soon-resulting secular decline in capital-profitability, the very crisis that originally drove the U.S. and U.K. capitalist ruling classes, already in the late 19^th century, to desperation at the prospect of their economic and social bankrupting, and the collapse of their socio-political power, by the rapidly advancing, technodepreciating rise of the social forces of production, e.g., driven by world market competition from newly-industrializing nations in the “semi-periphery” of the capitalist ‘geo-core’, e.g., in the then-still-peripheral nations of Japan, Argentina, Italy, etc., and especially Germany?

Well, it might work – for awhile.

It might work because, at the hands of the U.S. [and U.K] formerly-ruling ruling-class faction, that we name the ‘Rocke-Nazi Faction’, and, in the U.S., the ‘Rockefeller Faction’, ever since their 1960s «coup d’état», in which they murdered President John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Jr., and many others who supported the previously-ruling ‘Roosevelt Faction’ of the U.S. capitalist ruling class, the ‘Rocke-Nazis’ have been de-industrializing the United States [and the U.K. even more so].

Therefore, the U.S. is now in the potentially advantageous world market competitive position, the position once held by the newly-industrializing nations of the “semi-periphery”, whose earlier ‘techno-depreciation-threat’ to ‘geo-core’ capitalists ended the ‘first ascendence[-phase]’ of industrial capitalism, and led ‘geo-core’ capitalists to launch the ‘descendence-phase’, with its WWI an WWII, in the first place.

I.e., it is now the U.S. that, like the once newly-industrializing former “Third World” countries of the past, will be putting in place, in its Trump Faction re-industrialization drive, the latest, most advanced industrial fixed capital plant and equipment, not likely to be techno-depreciated any time soon.

The world market competition from this new U.S. industrial base will, on the contrary, techno-depreciate much of the, now older, industrial fixed capital plant and equipment of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, as well as even of Taiwan, Vietnam, Bangladesh, etc., etc. – especially if their barriers to world market competition have been forced down in tariff reduction/- “fair trade” negotiations with the Trump Faction.

Elon Musk, for example, is the epitome of cutting edge technology and advanced fixed capital plant and equipment, in e-vehicles production, in battery technology, in underground drilling technology, in outer-space rocket technology, in human-computer interfacing technology, etc., etc., and is not likely to lose-out anytime soon in the world market technodepreciation battle.

Elon Musk is also an exemplar of pro-productive forces growth, ‘ascendence-phase’ capitalist values, and, even though he is the most publicly-known of such U.S. capitalists, there are many others like him in U.S. high-tech. industry, and in other industries as well. And they are organizing around the Trump Faction.

Eventually – if the Majority Class does not, in advance of the coming reckoning, awaken to its true Class and All-Humanity interests, and therefore implement global Political-ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY – a reckoning with the ‘techno-depreciation-driven’ “Law of the Tendency of the Rate of Profit to Fall” will arrive, unless, e.g., government-backed ‘techno-depreciation insurance’ can be implemented within the limits of a still-[state-]capitalist society.

But we think that it is bad public policy, for a nation-state aspiring to real democracy – as opposed to the sham and the fraud of pseudo-democratic drapings, behind which lurks the criminal rule of the most concentrated owners of financial capital, permeated by and hyper-propagating descendence-phase capitalist, “people are pollution” ideology, and working their way unrelentingly, from their already pervasive ‘stealth humanocide’, toward their planned, global, overt ‘humanocide’ – for the Trump faction to omit the equitist ‘revolutionary reforms’.

We think that it is bad public policy, for an aspiring real democracy --

(1) to force the wagéd and salaried workers of the Majority Class to live their daily lives under ‘democracy-less’ private-corporate dictatorships, and to continue to become ever-more-deeply inured, by habit, to that servile life-situation, and to those corporations’ often ‘corporate-Stalinist’ internal, globalized supply-chain “command economies”, with no democratic alternatives for Majority-Class Citizens to choose from;

(2) to offer the Majority Class only easily corporate-capturable, unelected, governmental external-regulatory bureaucracies to regulate the ever-rising corporate production of deadly pollution, etc., externalities, with no provisions for grass roots, democratic pollution-regulation, by local, elected and recallable public servants;

(3) to offer only a “social safety net” to Majority-Class, working-age adults that is overwhelmingly employer-based, and tied to employment that is often highly transitory, due to business-“cycle”-related and otherwise-corporate-caused mass layoffs, etc., hence not portable after such severances, and thus needing to be re-established again and again by each isolated worker, often in a diminishing sequence in the substance of such “fringe benefits” – instead of having the basic social safety net provisions tied to each individual citizen, by right of birth, from birth.

Hence we commend the equitist constitutional and legislative reforms, detailed via the links posted below, to the new, Trump Faction of the U.S. capitalist ruling class, if they wish to avert a ‘Second Descendence’, and to achieve a smooth-as-possible transition to a, continuing, Global Renaissance, achieved via ‘Political-ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY’, and the global formation of a base-democratic ‘Planetary Polis’ federation of sovereign nation-states on planet Earth.
