SOCIALISM.

GLOBAL STRATEGIC HYPOTHESES.

Dear Reader,

State-Capitalism is NOT Socialism.

On the contrary, State-Capitalism is the most extreme historical OPPOSITE of Socialism.

State-Capitalism is the MOST DISASTROUS and FINAL, ‘humanocidal’ form of Capitalism, the terminal result of the historical development of Marx’s “Law of the Tendency of the General Rate of Profit to Fall.”

Leninist State-Capitalism was just the anomalous, prevenient form of the capitalist “primitive accumulation” of industrial capital, in the context of an imperialized/looted, productive-forces-deficient, working-class-deficient geographical “semi-periphery” of the capitalist-imperialist ‘geo-core’, no more “socialist” than Hitler’s British-imperialist [initially-]servant-dictatorship form, that of “national socialism [“in one country”]”.

State property is NOT the same as [Marx’s] “Social Property”.

Real Socialism is political-ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY.

It requires civil rights, rule of law, political AND ECONOMIC “checks-and-balances”, and grassroots, producing-class electoral power. It requires economic as well as political democracy.

Engels, in a text that he read to and received concurrence in by Marx, wrote of state-capitalism, and its state property –

“…neither the conversion into joint-stock companies nor into state property deprives the productive forces of their character as capital. … the modern [M.D. – nation-]state, too, is only the organization with which bourgeois society provides itself in order to maintain the general external conditions of the capitalist mode of production against encroachments either by the workers or by individual capitalists. The modern state, whatever its form, is an essentially capitalist machine; it is the state of the capitalists, the ideal collective body of all capitalists. The more productive forces it takes over as its property, the more it becomes the real collective body of all the capitalists, the more citizens it exploits. The workers remain wage-earners, proletarians. The capitalist relationship is not abolished; it is rather pushed to an extreme. …”

In the case of the Leninist coup d’état, a weakened, hybrid, feudal/capitalist state, with a weak, comprador capitalist class, was seized by a putschist “Party”, that became the nucleus of a state-bureaucratic, hyper-tyrannical new kind of capitalist ruling class, ruling over the nascent Russian wage-working-class, and carrying out “primitive accumulation”, against that working class, in place of the, missing, bourgeoisie.

Today, it is the Chinese nation-state that most instantiates the Marxian model of State-Capitalism – that of a ‘national super-corporation’ ruled by a state-bureaucratic ruling class, subordinating and dominating a national capitalist class and a wage-working-class, and competing for exports and imports, with other ~state-capitalist nations states, including those in which a capitalist class subordinates and dominates its state-bureaucratic class, as well as its working class majority [like the U.S., during Rockefeller Faction rule, before the ascendency of the Trump Faction].

In the United States, of late, the Trump Faction of the capitalist ruling class has gained the electoral majority, and leadership of the Federal Government, against the ‘humanocidal’ Rockefeller Faction.

The Trump Faction, resuscitating the strategy of the, Rockefeller-Faction-liquidated, Roosevelt Faction, wins by legislating benefits for the majority working class, so as to gain their votes in national, state and local elections.

Moreover, the Trump Faction is trying to revive the ‘Ascendence Phase’ of Capitalism, now near the end of Capitalism’s “Law of the Tendency of the Rate of Profit to Fall”-driven ‘Descendence Phase’.

This CAN WORK, for a while – ironically, due to the Rockefeller Faction’s ‘humanocidal’ de-industrialization of the U.S. national economy in the years since the Rockefeller Faction’s coup d’etat against the Roosevelt Faction, in 1963, & up until the second Trump Presidency that began this year.

The Trump Faction’s ‘Ascendence Phase’ revival can work, for a while, because the new and gargantuan industrial fixed capital investments that are already flooding into the United States, due to the Trump Faction’s tariff and energy policies, etc., and its immediate expensing of capital investments tax policy, will be re-industrializing the United States, with the presently most technologically advanced fixed capital plant and equipment, productivity-wise, so that U.S, exports to the World Market will be like those of an upstart, “semi-peripheral”, newly-industrializing nation-state – such as the Rockefeller Faction so viciously sought to suppress, starting with Germany in WWI, and with Germany and Russia in WWII, and with their entire “Third World” ever since – but also with all of the advantages of a capitalist ‘geo-core’ nation-state, albeit with higher wages.

The profitability-destroying per-amortization ‘technological obsolescence depreciation’ of most of that brand new, state-of-the-art fixed capital will probably not occur – as a later result of technological productivity gains elsewhere in the World Market – for another 10 to 15 years.

This gives humanity at large the hope of stopping the rest of the Rockefeller Faction’s ‘humanocidal’ plan – for “95%” human population extermination – in its hideous tracks.
