GLOBAL STRATEGIC HYPOTHESES.

Dear Reader,

HYPOTHESIS.  The “coronavirus” media story would have us believe that a process of “natural”, “random”, Darwinian evolution of pathogens has produced an outbreak of a new pandemic virus, poised to collapse the global economy, and, in particular, to end the longest economic expansion in U. S. history -- in perfect timing for the 2020 primary and Presidential elections, to discredit Trump, and to assure his electoral defeat for a second Presidential term.

Well, please pardon me if I find that story hard to swallow.

For we whose nostrils have long-since become sensitive to the stench of ‘Rocke-Nazi’ media Psy-Op ‘Rocke-DooDoo’, the stench that pervades so much of American society, and so much of the ideological atmosphere world wide, we cannot deny that we “smell a RAT” in this story -- indeed, we smell the same ‘Rockefeller RAT’ that has spawned so many other Psy-Ops to further their designs for global ‘stealth humanocide’ --

The ‘Rocke-Nazi’, formerly-unchallenged ruling faction of the Capitalist ruling class has been locked, for more than four years as of today, in a life-or-death struggle for power with an insurgent ‘Trump Faction’ of that ruling class.

Another four years of the Trump administration, and another four years of the longest economic expansion in the history of the United States, would likely convince the American majority, the working class, that prosperity for their families is possible, ‘sustainably’, and might permanently put an end to the ‘Rocke-Nazis’ main ploy for their planned global ‘humanocide’ pogrom, ‘Global Warming Austerity’, with Carbon Taxes raising average monthly utility bills into the thousands of dollars, bankrupting middle class America, driving an explosion of mass homelessness -- driving working class Americans right into FEMA “protective custody” camps, soon morphing into ‘humanocidal’ concentration/extermination camps, “TO SAVE THE PLANET”, especially with a little help from even newer Rocke-Nazi ‘designer diseases’, e.g., their planned ‘Eric Pianka Plague’ --

The ‘Rocke-Nazis’ are thus growing more desperate by the day. 

 

I hypothesize that the “coronavirus outbreak” is a ‘Rocke-Nazi’ Psy-Op, based, like the “AIDS pandemic”, on a new vintage of the ‘Rocke-Nazis’ spate of genetically-engineered ‘designer diseases’, that the ‘Rocke-Nazis’ hope, since even their “impeachment” of Trump, based upon -- to coin a phrase -- “trumped up” charges, failed to unseat him, that they hope will crash the world economy, and lead to Trump losing the election.

 

With a genetically engineered disease, the ‘Rocke-Nazis’ can make Trump look bad -- make it look like his government’s efforts to stop the spread of the disease are failing and incompetent -- by simply ordering their agents to smuggle in the disease to wherever, in America, etc., they want to create a fresh outbreak, and thereby secretly infect unwitting victims, despite the best efforts of the government to stem the spread of that disease.  


Also, if "coronavirus" is indeed a 'Rockefeller Faction designer disease' -- a genomically-engineered germ-warfare weapon for 'stealth humanocide', for crashing the world economy, and for defeating Trump -- then that Faction has probably already stockpiled a sequence of increasingly virulent strains of "coronavirus".  Should this first strain that they have released fail to collapse the world economy, and/or fail to discredit Trump, then we may soon see headlines announcing a "new, more virulent mutant strain" of "coronavirus", just happening to "pop-up" where the old "strain" has been contained.

The ‘Rocke-Nazi’-‘‘‘owned’’’ mass media have been hyper-hyping this “coronavirus” disease from day one, making it sound like it is ten-times worse than the bubonic plague that killed ~half of Medieval Europe’s human population, thereby spooking many stockholders in the world’s capital-stock markets.

 

I believe that the ‘Rocke-Nazis’ have reinforced this ‘hyper-hype’ by selling vast quantities of shares in key companies whose shares they massively, and secretly, own, via “money-laundering” techniques -- e.g., “parcelization” -- by launching millions of coordinated small share sales [“parcel” sales], from apparently different owners, by selling those shares through thousands of different, small brokerages where the ‘Rocke-Nazis’ hold accounts by which their ownership of all of those shares is obscured. 

It’s a new application of their old “Capital Asset Bubble Engineering” tech., which was enhanced for them in the run-up to ‘Global Great Depression I’ by Joe Kennedy, while his family, under his “leadership” -- like the Bush Crime Family, under the “leadership” of Hitler-funder Prescott Bush -- was still a lower-plutocracy servant-family to the Rockefeller Mega-Crime Family.

 

After millions of shares are sold, on one day, their share prices drop precipitously by the next day, so that the ‘Rocke-Nazis’ need only use part of the money that they gained by selling millions of shares at the previous day’s, higher share prices, i.e., when those shares were more expensive, to buy back many of those shares -- but slowly, over time, without re-surging those share prices -- to rebuild their holdings of those key company stocks for a later round of massive selling.

 

In this way, the ‘Rocke-Nazis’ can drive down the stock market indices -- The Dow, the NASDAQ, the S&P-500, etc. -- with the intent to create a psychological panic in millions of other shareholders, leading those other shareholders to also panic-sell their shares as well, and thus to drive down key company stock prices, and the market indices, even deeper, until this PSY-OP induces a global market crash, and a global depression, depriving Trump of credit for the longest economic expansion in the entire history of the United States, which Trump’s policies made possible, and losing his second-term Presidential election for him -- or so the ‘Rocke-Nazi Faction’ hopes!

Also, Bernie Sanders is, at best, a Rockefeller dupe when it comes to “Global Warming”.

 

Sanders is pushing the global police state plan of the “[Soylent-]Green New Deal”, and the catastrophic collapse of majority living standards that would result from its ‘Global Warming Austerity’ Carbon Taxes, etc., that he seeks to impose.  Just ask the “Yellow Vests” what happened to ordinary French citizens when only the beginnings of ‘Global Warming Austerity’ were imposed upon them!

 

When Bernie Sanders mouths “democratic socialism”, what this really means is police-state, totalitarian, ‘‘‘[Soylent-]Green’’’, ‘humanocidal’ STATE-CAPITALISM.

But I don't think that this "coronavirus" outbreak is, just yet, their planned 'Eric Pianka Plague'.  True, the 'Rocke-Nazis' do, indeed, plan to destroy the growing threat to their power that is the Chinese state-bureaucratic ruling class, and that is the Chinese people, probably largely by yet another of the Rocke-Nazis'  'designer diseases'.  But NOT JUST YET!!!

EQUITISM: Social Risk Manangement.

The Proposed ‘Equitist’ Amendments as Individual Citizen Social Risk Management and as human «Species» Risk Management.

Our Proposed Article of Amendment #28 to the U. S. Constitution targets the establishment of a grass roots ‘political-ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY’ in the United States, via the institution of three new «species» of human rights, which are also three new kinds of all-citizen property rights, named ‘Citizen Externality Equity’, ‘Citizen Birthright Equity’, and ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity’.

A key to the genesis of these proposals is a realization of the ‘human «species» risk management’, the ‘societal risk management’, and the ‘individual citizen risk management’ measures that are necessary to secure a decent probability of humane and enriching life for the majority of Citizens.

This realization arises out of our collective experience of ~500 years of the capitalist system, developing toward the full incarnation of its essence, and of more than a century of the horrific ‘descendence phase’ of capitalism -- WWI, ‘Global Great Depression I’, Fascist and Stalinist police-state, totalitarian, genocidal State-Capitalism, WWII, ‘Global Great Depression II’, and, most recently, the ‘humanocidal’ “People Are Pollution” ideology that has been spread globally by the ‘Rocke-Nazi’ ruling faction of the capitalist ruling class, openly seeking to exterminate “95%” of the human race --

One of the greatest threats to Citizens today is the escalating threat of agonizing debilitation and premature death due to what capitalist economists call pollution, etc., “externalities”. 

The ‘Citizen Externality Equity’ human right, and collective property right, is designed to shield the majority citizenry from the otherwise ever-intensifying, ‘ever-densifying’ production of pollution, etc., “externalities” that is of the essence of late capitalism, by empowering citizens, at the grass roots level, by democratic means, to defend their families lives, their homes, and themselves against the “externalities” onslaught of a capitalist ruling class whose ruling faction is ‘humanocidal’.

Another of the great threats to humane life, and even survival, under late capitalism, is the torn and tattered patchwork of ever-politically-threatened “social safety net” provisions, through employer-tied “unemployment insurance”, “health insurance”, “401(k) retirement plans”, etc.

As we have experienced so often of late, one “recession”, “Great” or otherwise; one lay-off; one prolonged stock market crash, can wipe out retirement “life savings” overnight, eliminate employer-based “health insurance”, throwing the formerly employed into insufficient incomes via employer-tied “unemployment insurance”, forcing defaults on mortgages, loss of home equity, and homelessness.  Just one such event can destroy an entire family.

The ‘Citizen Birthright Equity’ human right and personal property right is designed to create a social safety net that is tied to each individual Citizen, from birth -- not tied to a, typically transient, lay-offs prone employer -- and which is, hence, totally “portable”. 

Each individual ‘Citizen Birthright Equity Social Trust Fund’ is designed to provide that individual Citizen with a fair chance at life, regardless of what “side of the tracks” that Citizen was born on. 

It tells each Citizen that her or his Society values him or her, because it has invested in him or her.

It gives that Citizen “skin in the game” -- a “stake” in that Society -- and gives that Citizen the wherewithal to pay for higher education and/or skills training, without becoming a debt-slave for life; to buy a first home; to start a first business; to have health care coverage; and to have sufficient income, even during periods of unemployment, e.g., due to Capitalist recessions and depressions. 

These ‘Social Trust Funds’ are to be funded, in large part, from the ‘externality fines’, ordered by the ‘Citizen Externality Equity’ elected ‘Public Boards’, and by the monthly ‘Social Rents’ paid by ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity’ producers’ cooperative enterprises, in return for the usufruct of the ‘Social Property’ that constitutes their means of production, etc.

Another deadly hazard of Modern -- Capitalist -- “life” is capitalist employment, the Capitalist labor market,- dominated by owners of increasingly-concentrated capital wealth, who think of workers, or, at least, who act, under market pressures, as if they think of workers, as mere, expendable ‘Capital fodder’. 

Workers need social protection from having no other option than to accept whatever working conditions these capitalists offer them, however deadly to the human body, and/or to the human spirit, those “squeezed-dry” working conditions, from which every last drop of “discretionary” cost has been squeezed out.

The ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity’ human right, and social/individual property right, is designed to offer Citizens an alternative to capitalist dictatorship in the work place, and to the increasingly deadly working conditions that unchecked capitalist oligopolists are willing to offer them.

It empowers Citizens to form collectives with Business Plans of their own design, that, if those Business Plans pass constitutional and statutory muster, in terms of By-Laws requiring democratic self-management of the ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity socialized producers’ cooperatives’ which those collectives wish to become, and if their Business Plans pass business muster, by enlisting a ‘Chartered Social Bank’ -- also a ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity’, democratically self-managed cooperative -- to risk its solvency by backing that Collective, e.g., by funding the means of production, etc., required by that collective’s Business Plan, enabling those citizens, albeit under constraint of competition with other ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity’ cooperatives, and with remaining capitalist enterprises, to set their own working conditions. 

Then too, the remaining capitalist enterprises will have to compete against the ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity cooperatives’, to attract workers, i.e., competing against enterprises in which workers set their own working conditions.

There is another, mortal hazard of Modern “life” -- of ‘Descendence Phase Capitalist’ “life” -- that the ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity’ human right/individual property right is designed to redress:  the ever-deepening ‘political immiseration’ of the majority of citizens, as their relative share -- and even absolute share -- in their society’s income and wealth plummets, in relation to the ever increasing concentration of monetary Capital wealth in ever-fewer, capitalist, plutocratic hands.

Thereby, the semblance of representative democracy and of political checks and balances in the U.S. has become increasingly hollowed- out, as a rising capitalist plutocracy, comprising a handful of families, has “bought out”, and, indeed, prostituted, in a “hostile takeover”, the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of U.S. political government “lock, stock, and barrel”, plunging the country toward a deepening plutocratic -- and ‘humanocidal’ -- police-state dictatorship, USA “PATRIOT” ACT, et al.

The successful ‘Citizen Stewards’, who each own an equal and inalienable “share” in their ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity cooperative’, will each benefit from two streams of income, one monthly income stream in compensation for their skills and for their time worked for their cooperative, the other monthly income stream an equal share in the net operating surplus of their cooperative enterprise.

This, we hold, will gradually, and with at first slow but gathering acceleration, shift away from the situation in which virtually all incremental wealth, produced by society as a whole, accrues to the plutocratic few, with only a pittance of “maintenance funds”, barely sufficient even to sustain the current generation of the majority of workers through their next day of work, let alone to reproduce the next generation of workers, with higher education costs, home purchase costs, health care costs, automobile costs, insurance costs, retirement costs, etc., etc., all escalating rapaciously, far beyond the CPI rate of inflation.

We hold that the ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity’ human right/universal property right will, over time, right the historic wrong of the relative pauperization, and, thereby, the political enfeeblement, of the vast majority of Citizens.

By means of ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity’ what now passes, as profits, into the hands of an ever-shrinking, plutocratic, ‘humanocidal’ few, will, instead, increasingly pass into the hands of its main producers, the majority of Citizens.
