Electing/Recalling the ‘‘‘Equitist’’’ Tribunals:
Electorates for ‘‘‘Equitist’’’ ‘Justice Officers’.
Dear Reader,
A
key principle in the constitutional design of the electorates for the ‘‘‘Equitist’’’
‘justice officers’ of the ‘qualo-fractally-scaled’ systems of the Tribunals for
especially the ‘Citizen Birthright Equity’, ‘Citizen Externality Equity’, and ‘Citizen
Stewardship Equity’ new social relations of societal reproduction, is as
follows –
The
Citizens affected by each level/scale of a Tribunal governmental institution
should elect the officers that govern that institution, by the
electorally-expressed will and consent of the majority of those governed by
that institution.
In
cases of the popular recall of unpopular officers – cases of recall/replacement
elections – this expression of the will of the governed majority of Citizens begins
with recall petitioning by them.
Thus,
per this principle, the ‘justice officers’ of a given ‘‘‘Equitist’’’ Tribunal
should be elected by, and recallable by, the electorate of adult Citizens who reside
in the geographical area of jurisdiction of that Tribunal, and not,
e.g., by the National Electorate, except in the cases of the National Tribunals
for each of the three forms of Generalized Equity human rights/property rights.
For
Tribunals stationed at the smaller scales of their ‘qualo-fractal’ structure,
this gives the Citizens of the electorates of those Tribunals a larger motivation to vote,
as their electorates encompass a smaller census of Citizens, so that each vote
counts more, due to that smaller census, and also due to the importance of a
more local Tribunal to their immediate quality of life.
