Dear Reader,

There is no doubt that converting social property, all-citizens’ national funds, to the personal property of individual citizens, by right of birth, as detailed in Karl Seldon’s book Marx’s Missing Blueprints, involves “moral hazard”, if expenditures from those trust funds are not somehow limited to socially desirable – to majority class electorate desirable – uses.

What sober citizen would want new Citizens, starting at 18 years of age, to be able to squander their socialized trust funds on alcohol, cocaine, heroin, gambling, or myriads of other socially destructive – and personally self-destructive – activities.

The U.S. version of the Equitist amendment – or ‘amendatory annex’ – to the U.S. Constitution, should spell-out, broadly, the approved uses of Birthright Trust Fund assets.

The regulations – after nationwide citizens’ review and electoral consent – of the Social Trust Funds Administration, should spell-out in detail, the rules, per the majority electorate’s will, regarding for what kinds of purchases are permitted for Birthright-Trust funds.

However, it would be exceedingly irksome, and would brook continuing, smoldering, seething popular resentment, about paternalism, and bureaucratic despotism, if planned spendings of Birthright-Trust funds were required to be submitted, before expenditure, to the national Social Trust Funds Administration bureaucracy, allowing that bureaucracy to exercise prior restraint upon Birthright Trust Funds spending.

It would be far less irksome, we hold, to adopt, instead, an analogue of a longstanding and largely successful business practice with regard to business expense accounts.

For example, if you work for a business, and travel on behalf of that business, it is typical to, first, be asked to read the rules for the types of, e.g., business travel expenses for which that business allows reimbursement, and then to bring your receipts for your travel expenditures back with you from your business travels, and to submit them to that business’s accounting arm for reimbursement review.

If some of your receipts are for expenses that are ruled non-reimbursable, per that business’s expense-accounts rulebook, then you don’t get reimbursed for those expenses and, if you want to keep your job, you probably don’t want to protest those non-reimbursed expenses too much.

So we think, with Seldon, that ‘Birthright Equity Trust Fund’ expenditures should be managed on a reimbursement basis.

If your local arm of your national Social Trust Funds Administration turns down one of your reimbursement requests, you are in a better position to protest than if you were an employee of a capitalist business.

As a Citizen, you can’t be “fired” for protesting such a decision not to reimburse your personal funds expenditure from your Birthright Equity Trust Fund.

You have abundant, multi-level opportunities to appeal that non-reimbursement within the Social Trust Funds Administration.

If you have exhausted all levels of appeal within that Administration, and are not satisfied with the results of your appeals within that Administration, you have standing to file a lawsuit against that Administration with the proximate ‘Tribunal for Citizen Birthright Equity’, and even to appeal through all levels of those Tribunals, and, if still unsatisfied, to appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Of course, if the Justice Officers of any of these courts – who are elected, mandated, term-limited, and recallable by the electorate, even within their limited terms – find your appeal to their court to be without merit, they can refuse to hear your appeal. And, if your case is heard, but you lose on that appeal, you are liable for the court costs of that appeal.

If the general expenditure regulations of the national Social Trust Funds Administration become too onerous for the majority of the electorate, at any time, a petition campaign can be successfully launched from the “grass roots” of that electorate, and a national referendum held to change the onerous general regulations nation-wide.

Granted, this is not a “perfect” solution. Such “perfect” solutions are not available in the human Domain. But it is, we hold, a far less irksome and far less offensive alternative than a “prior restraint” regime.

Dear Reader,

The “Trump Accounts”, established into law, as part of the Trump Administration’s “One Big Beautiful Bill”, on July 4^th 2025, represent, albeit still “this side” of an ‘Equitist’ social relations of production revolution, are ‘proto-ic’ toward the establishment of the advanced new human right, and new social property right, of ‘Citizen Birthright Equity’, as we have here described it many times before.

In some ways, the “Trump Accounts” implement previous “baby bonds” proposals.

The features of the “Trump Accounts”, intended to give many U.S. children an economic, financial “head-start” in life, and a “head-start” on retirement savings in particular, even from birth, can be summarized as follows –

· Seeded by a $1,000. payment from the U.S. Treasury;

· Eligibility is for U.S. Citizen children, born between 01 Jan. 2025 and 31 Dec. 2028, and with a valid Social Security number for themselves and for at least one of their parents;

· No eligibility restriction based upon parental income level;

· Must be invested in a low-cost fund tracking a major U.S. stock index, such as the S&P 500, the average compound interest rate of which is ~10%, implying a deposit worth ~$490,000. by the child’s retirement age, even with no further deposits beyond the initial $1,000. “Trump Account” earnings grow tax free;

· Parents can add up to $5,000. per year to their child’s “Trump Account”, up to their child’s 18^th year. This amount limit will grow via inflation indexing after 2027;

· A parent’s employer can contribute up to half of the annual $5,000. limit on behalf of that parent’s child, tax free to that parent and to their child;

· The “Trump Account” funds basically cannot be used until the child reaches 18 years-of-age;

· Unlike IRAs, the “Trump Account” contributions do not require the child to have earned income from employment;

· Unlike IRAs, the “Trump Accounts” have no “Required Minimum Distributions” [RMDs];

· Unlike the case with IRAs, parental or employer additions to “Trump Accounts” are not tax deductible;

· Distributions from “Trump Accounts” are taxed at the, generally lower, long term capital gains rate: 15% to 20%.

While not as universal or as generous as our proposed ‘Citizen Birthright Equity’ socialized trust funds, for every new Citizen born after the constitutional establishment of that right of birth, the “Trump Accounts” are both materially significant and psychohistorically powerful in advancing, U.S.-society-wide, the logic of ‘societal self-investment’ in each Citizen, with an individual, ‘totally-portable’, “social safety net” provision, tied directly to each Citizen-person from birth.

None of the “moral hazard”-mitigation provisions, that we propose as part of the ‘Citizen Birthright Equity’ constitutional human right/property right, are involved in the “Trump Accounts” provisions.

Ultra-successful capitalists Michael and Susan Dell have expanded the reach of the “Trump Accounts” by a large donation that will make $250. seed contributions available to “Trump Accounts” for ~ 25 million children who were 10 years-of-age or younger prior to 01 Jan. 2025, and who live in zip code areas with median annual family income levels less than or equal to $150,000.

All in all, we see this whole development, including the social dialogues about “baby bonds” before the “Trump Accounts” came into “the law of the land”, as evidence of the emergence of concepts of the kind that we call ‘Citizen Birthright Equity’ within the contemporary «Zeitgeist».

GLOBAL STRATEGIC HYPOTHESES.

Dear Reader,

Have you ever noticed how cosmologists – supposedly scientists – so consistently miss the mark when it comes to the ways of actual Nature?

How their cosmological theories consistently mis-represent the nature of Nature?

Contrary-to-Nature theories mean bad science!

And notice how their cosmological theories are so often biased toward ‘dys-catastrophe’ and pessimism.

Could there be a psychohistorical, collective-subjective, ideological force at work behind their frequent, consistent, massive scientific failures?

Earlier, many cosmologists thought, with Hoyle, that our Universe was in a perpetual “steady-state”, instancing yet another testament to the unspoken crypto-Parmenidean postulate that still permeates much of physics – eternal, immutable changelessness; perennial ontological stasis.

Or, per the thermodynamics of closed systems, many cosmologists theorized that the fate of our Universe would be “Entropic Doom” – that the universe would end in a uniform, free-energy-less, change-less, eternal, immutable, dead “equilibrium” of maximal entropy. Crypto-Parmenideanism all over again.

Later, with the discovery of what they called “The Big Bang”, many cosmologists contended that our universe would either reverse its expansion into a “Big Crunch”, or expand endlessly, ever more slowly, asymptotically, into an ever more self-diluted wisp. One ‘dys-catastrophe’ or the other – take your pick: eternal, universal death was to be the outcome either way.

To our knowledge, no cosmologist ever considered the possibility that the expansion of our universe was accelerating – thus revealing a huge blind-spot of bias – and of ideology, we hold – in their considerations.

However, once that – never expected by them – accelerated expansion was confirmed by observations, they leapt immediately to another ‘Doomist’ conclusion – the “Big Rip”; space-time-mass-energy ripping itself apart universe-wide, as the ultimate fate of our Universe.

We have offered an “optimistic” hypothesis about the future of our cosmos, in the form of the ‘Spandetron Hypothesis’, i.e., the ‘Regenerist Hypothesis’ – ‘Thermodynamic Self-Regeneration of the Free Energy of our Cosmos in the Dialectic of Nature’. About this, see text images posted above.

Just because our hypothesis is “optimistic”, however, doesn’t mean that it must be true – far from it. This hypothesis must pass all of many tests, or it must die – just as hypotheses in general, in science, are “born to die”.

But the point here is that establishment cosmologists, to our knowledge, never even considered – based upon the apparent nature of “Dark Energy”, and its accelerated self-expansion of our cosmos, that they never anticipated in the first place – such a hypothesis, even for a nano-second. Perhaps, if one cosmologist did so, the paper was censored in “peer review”, and that cosmologist was then exiled from the profession.

What could it be that produces such ‘Doomist’ bias in the “scientific” community of Cosmology?

We suspect that it is the gloom and doom mood of the [formerly?] ruling faction of the capitalist ruling class, ever since they discovered, during the ~1870 to ~1890 “Great [techno-]Deflation”, the fatal flaw, from their point of view, of “their” industrial capitalist system –

Capitalism causes vast, accelerated growth in the social forces of production [in “productivity”];

Accelerated growth of the productive forces, if not fettered by increasingly-criminal means, causes obliteration of the capital-value of legacy fixed capital means of production, and of the bank loans by which that fixed capital was purchased, the resulting write-offs destroying profitability.

In response, that ruling faction, through a sequence of ever-deepening self-degenerations – from “Social Darwinism” to “Eugenics” to funding Fascism, to de-industrializing what became their “Third World”, to “Small is Beautiful”, to “Limits to Growth”, “Zero [i.e., negative] Economic Growth”, to “Zero [i.e., negative] Population Growth”, to global ‘humanocide’ via “Global Warming” Austerity/de-industrialization – became, at length, the present ruling faction, now under severe threat by the pro-productive-forces Trump Faction: the ‘humanocidal-maniacal’, “people are pollution”, “95% human population reduction”, Dr. Strangeloves’ faction, that we call the ‘Rocke-Nazis’.

In modern capitalist society, scientists are abjectly dependent for the continuation of their work – for their very survival as scientists – upon their funding by the capitalist ruling class, and by the governmental, taxpayer funding that the capitalist ruling class controls.

Per force, the “mood” of the capitalist ruling class “rubs off” on scientists, and scientists who do not go along with promoting the ideologies that this ruling class ‘psycho-engineers’, are defunded, or worse.

And the Rocke-Nazi’s ‘Doomist” ideology, perverting real science, is yet another of the myriad ways by which the ‘Rocke-Nazis’ are striving to demoralize you, to depress you, and, they hope, to drive you to suicide, with their prostitute mass media delivering nothing but bad news, ever-worsening, 24/7, as part of the Rocke-Nazis’ ‘Stealth Humanocide’ Pogrom, since they are not in a position to impose overt ‘humanocide’, just yet, although Anthony “Dr. Mega-Mengele” Fauci’s “gain of function” COVID global pandemic, as a dress rehearsal, came close.
