While Hitler was still the U.S./U.K. ‘Rocke-Nazi’, ‘Meta-Nazi’ ruling class ruling faction’s ‘Servant-Dictator’ for Germany, before he turned ‘Franken-Dictator’, and while he was still seeking to ingratiate himself further with his ‘Rocke-Nazi’ masters, Hitler quoted back to them, verbatim, their own strategic policy for suppressing the growing threat of competitive ‘technodepreciation’-destruction of their core industrial fixed-capital assets and bank industrial loan capital assets from the “semi-periphery” of the capitalist core – the “semi-periphery” which the ‘Rocke-Nazis’ were already turning into the hyper-immiserated, industrialization-suppressed “Third World”, via their many other ‘Servant-Dictators’:
