Dear Reader,

Introduction. The title of this blog, as you well know, is “Capitalism’s Fatal Flaw and the Way Forward”.

We have posted, here, a large number of blog-entries with “Capitalism’s Fatal Flaw…” in their titles, and/or as the principal topic of their content.

Now it is high time for a series of blog-entries with

“…The Way Forward” in their titles, as well as in their topics.

“…The Way Forward”, we think, for the United States at least, is a lawful, non-violent, and rule-of-law-preserving, checks-and-balances expanding, majoritarian electorally-mandated transition to ‘Political-ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY’, by means of ‘Generalized Equity’-enacting statutes, and amendments to the U. S. Constitution.

It’s now time for more of the details.

The third part of this series continues with that, below.

A crucial principle of the trans-capitalist social prosperity, to be wrought by the overcoming of the ‘Rocke-Nazi’-imposed pseudo-“ecological” de-industrialization and “global warming”, Soylent- “Green” austerity, deliberately designed, by the ‘Rocke-Nazi’ Faction of the international, ‘descendence-phase’, capitalist anti-capitalist ruling class, to impoverish, then exterminate¹, the global majority class, is, in the context of the vast new social wealth to be, trans-capitalistically, both produced and received by the global majority class, as a result of the restoration of the rapid growth of the social forces of expanding societal self-re-production, including via partially AI-robotic workforces, is the principle that we call ‘Citizen Birthright Equity’.

This principle means that, at the trans-capitalist, re-rising levels of societal self-reproductive self-force, it is right, and it is a valid human right, for each sovereign nation-state to endow every new legal citizen born into that society, with an equal ‘social inheritance’, usable only by them, and with minimal statutory spending constraints, once, no longer minors, they reach their majority, regardless of the “side of the tracks” upon which they were born.

If not, initially at least, assuring “equal opportunity” for individuals of all classes, the social policy implementing this principle will mean significant life-opportunity for all new Citizens. It will give each such Citizen a boost and a good start into their adult life.

Such a provision might have seemed utopian, unaffordable – impossible – in the past. But it doesn’t seem so impossible to so many now. Even the Biden-emergency payments to all U.S. Citizens [and, of course, also to many illegal aliens] – designed to perpetuate ‘Rocke-Nazi’-whore Biden’s COVID ‘designer disease’ shut-down of the much of U.S. economy, and, thereby, the bankrupting of countless small businesses, the loss of the homes of thousands of suddenly salary-less and wage-less workers, via defaulted-mortgages, and the whole-next-generation-damaging disruption of early education via the shut-down of schools, all also designed to drive hyper-inflation, by simultaneously downing supply and surging demand – held a silver lining for the partisans of humanity, and a psychohistorical danger for the ‘Rocke-Nazis’. It proved, in practice, what can be benignly done.

The, albeit temporary, “Trump Accounts”, funded for newly born U.S. Citizens by the U.S. federal government, have already acted as a harbinger, further sowing mental seeds of ‘Citizen Birthright Equity’, and thus of trans-capitalism.

These “Trump Accounts” are just one sign of the trans-capitalist tendencies of President Trump’s policies. To be sure, he is a capitalist. But he is a capitalist after the manner of ‘ascendence-phase’ capitalism: He is pro-productive-force-growth, and pro-rising-wages, and rising wealth in general, for the majority class. He is no ‘Rocke-Nazi’; he is rather the most formidable enemy that the ‘Rocke-Nazi’ Faction has faced since President Roosevelt.

He is no vicious von Hayeckian/von Mises-style enemy of the working classes. He is open to creative ideas to empower and enrich the majority class, albeit in the hoped-for pay-back of their continuing to vote to keep his Faction in power.

He has most recently offered every adult Citizen of the United States a $5,000.00 pay-out if the midterm elections keep him in power, via a Trumpian-Republican majority in the U.S. Congress, e.g., via funds, not from income taxes, and not adding to the U.S. national debt, but paid for by the tariffs that the Trump administration is using to shelter their U.S. re-industrialization program [despite the efforts of the Supreme-Whort “Court” to shut those tariffs down, in service to the ‘Rocke-Nazi’ de-industrialization and majority class impoverishment policies].

He has done so with explicit analogization of the U.S. federal government to a capitalist joint-stock corporation, paying enhanced, bonus dividends to its stockholders when that corporation achieves bumper profits.

Trump’s idea is that U.S. national society is an organization in which every legal Citizen owns a share, by the very right of their Citizenship, and are due a bonus dividend on their Citizenship-shares when the national government achieves record income, as long as those dividends do not hike the national debt, and are not sourced from the income taxes that Citizens paid.

Such a concept could serve well, if AI and AI android robot workforces occasion a sudden and steep fall in human workers’ wagéd and salaried employment.

In the throes of such a social emergency, Trump accounts’ one-time contributions to infant Citizens, and Trump’s midterm elections campaign pledge of a one-time “dividend” payments to adult Citizens, could duly, statutorily and constitutionally, morph into monthly dividend payments to both/all YOA stages of U.S. Citizens, including to those unable to find wagéd, salaried, producer-cooperative, or business-ownership income, e.g., due to the AI surge.

How?

Just as Trump holds that foreign capitalists should pay, in the form of tariffs, for their privilege of accessing the U.S. market, the new principle would hold that domestic capitalists also owe to the federal government a monthly license fee, specifically for the privilege of accessing the U.S. market, and of enjoying the external benefit externalities, the strong national defenses, the policing against crime, and the highly-skilled, energetic, and culturally work-dedicated labor-force of the U.S. majority class.

Those monthly license-fees would fund the monthly Citizen-dividends.
