Dear Reader,

 

The ruling, ‘Rocke-Nazi’, ‘human anti-humanist’, exterminationist ruling faction of the capitalist ruling class has set the majority class at each others’ throats, dividing us, and conquering us, for far too long already -- distracting us from noticing them, “behind the curtains”, striving to arrange for their planned, Malthusian, “People Are Pollution”, “Global Warming” ideologies-based extermination of “95%” of us.

The updated JPG text, posted below, presents our second draft of our proposed ‘Reproduction Rights’ Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, offered, in coordination with our two other proposed ‘‘‘Equitist’’’ Amendments, as Article of Amendment # 30. 

 

The “Right to Live” versus “Right to Choose” controversy is not only driven via ‘ideology-engineering’ and ‘divide-and-conquer engineering’ by the ‘Rocke-Nazis’.

 

It is so effective as a ‘divide-and-conquer’ tool for them, precisely because there is a genuine dialectical contradiction – even an apparent ‘Kantianoid’ antinomy – within the advanced conception of the totality of human rights that humanity has rather recently achieved.

 

Thesis:  The people and their government are morally obligated to protect the “right to live” of Citizens, e.g., against the crime of murder, a duty which extends to protecting the life of a yet-to-be born but gestating human being and ‘proto-Citizen’.  They must therefore criminalize abortion, the crime of a mother killing her unborn baby, as a most heinous and grisly form of murder.

 

Anti-Thesis:  The mother of that unborn child has the sovereign right to the disposition of her own body, and thus of its parts, and that fetus, during its gestation, is part of her body, and nourished by her body.  She should therefore have the right to dispose of her unborn child in any way she sees fit – in any way she chooses -- with no interferences from governments.

 

Synthesis: The draft constitutional amendment, posted below, locates a ‘complex unity’ [cf. Hegel] of the above-stated, opposing, mutually-contradictory propositions, and proposes, on that basis, a dialectical synthesis of the two antithetical propositions and positions, in the form of a constitutional amendment – an amendment to the law of the land.

 

We urge you to consider this updated, second-draft amendment, to improve upon it, and to campaign for its constitutional adoption, as so improved, so that the majority class can stop warring within itself, especially over this “life” vs. “choice” apparent antinomy, and can turn our attention instead to defeating the ‘Rocke-Naziexterminationist pogrom, e.g., by non-violently and constitutionally establishing Equitist political-economic democracy.
