It is my pleasure, and my honor, as an elected member of the Foundation Encyclopedia Dialectica [F.E.D.] General Council, and as a voting member of F.E.D., to share, with you, from time to time, as they are approved for public release by the F.E.D. General Council, key excerpts from the internal writings, and from the internal sayings, of our co-founder, Karl Seldon.

Seldon –

“The present statutory and constitutional non-recognition of these essential human rights – of ‘Citizen Externality Equity’, ‘Citizen Birthright Equity’, and ‘Citizen Stewardship Equity’ – essential given the full amplitude of the modern conditions of human-social life, is exacting enormous, growing, and yet often therefore unnoticed costs upon the human species, worldwide.”

“Without the enforcement of the human rights of ‘Citizen Externality Equity’, for example, individual citizens, and their families, are being slaughtered «en masse»*, by the pollution externalities of ‘descendence phase’ capitalism, that increasingly poison our air, our water, our land, and our bodies.”

“Governmental, external regulatory bureaucracies fail, and must fail, during this ‘descendence phase’ of the [state-]capitalist system, to prevail against concentrated-ownership, mega-corporate capitalist polluters.”

“Why? Because at today’s ever-increasing levels of the concentration of capital ownership, bureaucratic regulators are regularly “captured” by the capitalist corporations that they are supposed to supervise. Such regulators are prostituted by those corporations, and by their “lobbyist” bribery system, or, if they resist such capture and prostitution, dealt with more harshly – fired or worse.”

“Desperation to externalize costs of capitalist production, or to keep already externalized such costs external, as one of the ways to shore-up nominal profits, due to the ‘techno-depreciation’ driven fall in profit rates that define the ‘descendence phase’ of the capitalist system, is also a major motive of this fierce fight, by big capital, against the governmental regulation and reduction of pollution, etc., externalities production.

“Also because – and this cause is little realized by the majority class at present – the ‘descendence-phase’ ruling faction of the capitalist ruling class predictably develops a ‘humanocidal agenda’ regarding the majority class, and can commit ‘stealth humanocide’, via deadly externalities production, long before they acquire the dictatorial power to impose ‘humanocide’ openly.”
